My name is Olatunde Aroloye, and this is an OBJECTIVE CHRISTIANITY Message explaining why Yahshua spoke in Parables.
007. WHY DID YAHSHUA SPEAK IN PARABLES?
. MATTHEW 13:10-23.10. And the Disciples came, and said unto him,
"Why speakest thou unto them in parables?"
11. He answered and said unto them,
"Because it is given unto you to know
The Mysteries of The Kingdom of Heaven,
but to them it is not given.
12. "For whosoever hath, to him shall be given,
and he shall have more abundance:
but whosoever hath not,
from him shall be taken away even that he hath.
13. "Therefore speak I to them in Parables:
because they seeing see not;
and hearing they hear not,
neither do they understand.
14. "And in them is fulfilled the Prophecy of Esaias, which saith,
'By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand;
and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
15. 'For this people's heart is waxed gross,
and their ears are dull of hearing,
and their eyes they have closed;
lest at any time they should see with their eyes
and hear with their ears,
and should understand with their heart,
and should be converted, and I should heal them.'
16. "But blessed are your eyes, for they see:
and your ears, for they hear.
17. "For verily I say unto you,
'That many Prophets
and Righteous men have desired
to see those things which ye see,
and have not seen them;
and to hear those things which ye hear,
and have not heard them.'
18. "Hear ye therefore the Parable of the Sower.
19. 'When any one heareth The Word of The Kingdom,
and Understandeth it not, then cometh The Wicked One,
and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart.
This is he which received seed by the Way Side.
20. 'But he that received the seed into stony places,
the same is he that heareth The Word,
and anon with joy receiveth it;
21. 'Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while:
for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of The Word,
by and by he is offended.
22. 'He also that received seed among the thorns
is he that heareth The Word;
and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches,
choke The Word, and he becometh unfruitful.
23. 'But he that received seed into the good ground
is he that heareth The Word, and Understandeth It;
which also beareth Fruit, and bringeth forth,
some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.' "
THERE IS NO MYSTERY HERE: YAHSHUA told us exactly why he spoke in Parables: it was so that those who did not understand would not be converted nor healed.
. JOB 28:28.
28. "And unto Man He said,
'Behold, the Fear of The Lord, that (is) Wisdom;
and to depart from Evil (is) Understanding.' "
. PSALM 111:10.
10. The Fear of the LORD
is The Beginning of Wisdom:
a Good Understanding have all they
that do (His Commandments):
His Praise endureth for ever.
. PROVERBS 9:10.
10. The Fear of the LORD
(is) The Beginning of Wisdom:
and The Knowledge of the Holy
(is ) Understanding.
. DANIEL 12:10.
10. "Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried;
but the Wicked shall do wickedly:
and none of the Wicked shall understand;
but the Wise shall understand."
UNDERSTANDING is each person's Personal Responsibility.
If you do not Understand, then it is your fault. There is no one else to blame.
. DEUTERONOMY 6:4-9.
4. Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
5. And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine Heart,
and with all thy Soul, and with all thy Might.
6. And these words, which I command thee this Day,
shall be in thine heart:
7. And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy Children,
and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house,
And when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down,
and when thou risest up.
8. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand,
and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
9. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house,
and on thy gates.
THIS WAS THE DIRECTIVE.
You cannot say that you did not know that this was your Duty.
No one can say that they did not know that this was their Duty.
. LUKE 17:1-10.
THEN said he unto the Disciples,
"It is impossible but that offences will come:
but woe unto him, through whom they come!
2. "It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck,
and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
3. "Take heed to yourselves:
If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him;
and if he repent, forgive him.
4. "And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day,
and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying,
'I repent; thou shalt forgive him.'
5. And the Apostles said unto the Lord,
"Increase our Faith."
6. And the Lord said,
"If ye had Faith as a grain of mustard seed,
ye might say unto this sycamine tree,
'Be thou plucked up by the root,
and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.'
7. "But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle,
will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field,
'Go and sit down to meat?'
8. "And will not rather say unto him,
'Make ready wherewith I may sup,
and gird thyself, and serve me,
till I have eaten and drunken;
and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?'
9. "Doth he thank that servant because he did
the things that were commanded him? I trow not.
10. "So likewise ye, when ye shall have done
all those things which are commanded you, say,
'We are Unprofitable Servants:
we have done that which was our Duty to do.' "
MOST CHRISTIANS AND BIBLE RELIGIONISTS invariably think that God expects too much from them. They have no idea how silly an idea that is!
God expects us to do our very best.
. PSALM 119:97-105.
97. O how I love Thy Law!
It is my meditation all the day.
98. Thou through Thy Commandments
hast made me Wiser than mine enemies:
for They are ever with me.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers:
for Thy Testimonies are my meditation.
100. I understand more than the Ancients,
because I keep Thy Precepts.
101. I have refrained my feet
from every Evil Way,
that I might keep Thy Word.
102. I have not departed from Thy Judgments:
for Thou hast taught me.
103. How sweet are Thy Words unto my taste!
yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104. Through Thy Precepts I get Understanding:
therefore I hate every False Way.
105. Thy Word is a Lamp unto my feet,
and a Light unto my path.
THE FAITHFUL Servant of God MEDITATES on The Word of God.
This is how Understanding is attained.
. MATTHEW 13:34-35.
34. All these things spake Jesus
unto the multitude in Parables;
and without a Parable spake he not unto them:
35. That it might be fulfilled
which was spoken by the Prophet, saying,
"I will open my mouth in Parables;
I will utter things which have been kept secret
from The Foundation of the World."
. MARK 4:33-34.
33. And with many such Parables
spake he the word unto them,
as they were able to hear it.
34. But without a Parable spake he not unto them:
and when they were alone,
he expounded all things to his Disciples.
YAHSHUA SPOILED HIS DISCIPLES, by explaining his Parables to them, instead of letting them work them out for themselves. Therefore, therefore, there is no indication that they ever gained that capability.
To be with Jesus is tantamount to attaining the Highest Position in The Kingdom of Heaven.
Therefore, Jesus could not let them lack anything which he could supply, nor make them labour for what he could just give them. They were supposed to have attained that position by meditation.They should have understood what had happened, and made adequate compensations.
They did not- and the repercussions to the Church were lethal.
Their Privilege went to their heads, and they messed up- by killing a pair of their Brethren, over money, and in withholding The Gospel of Jesus from their own Brethren who were trusting in them, and The Bible from the Gentile Christians.
Thus the Church has been blundering about in Darkness for 2,000 years.
This is The Teaching that will end that, for ever!
Yahshua himself explained all of his Parable Teachings to his Disciples.
Maybe the Synoptic Gospel Authors included them in their Gospels, and maybe they didn't.
Whoever it was that didn't want us to know the interpretations Jesus' Disciples knew have succeeded for the past twenty centuries, but, as Jesus warned:
. LUKE 12:1-5.
IN the mean time, when there were gathered together
an innumerable multitude of people,
insomuch that they trode one upon another,
he began to say unto his Disciples first of all,
"Beware ye of the Leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
2. "For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed;
neither hid, that shall not be known.
3. "Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness
shall be heard in the light;
and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets
shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
4. "And I say unto you my Friends,
'Be not afraid of them that kill the body,
and after that have no more that they can do.'
5. "But I will forewarn you Whom ye shall fear:
'Fear Him, which after He hath killed
hath Power to cast into Hell;'
yea, I say unto you,
'Fear Him.' "
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to hide any Secret for ever- because of The Holy Ghost!
. JOHN 16:12-15.
12. "I have yet many things to say unto you,
but ye cannot bear them now.
13. "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of Truth, is come,
He will guide you into all Truth:
for He shall not speak of Himself;
but whatsoever He shall hear,
that shall He speak:
and He will shew you things to come.
14. "He shall glorify me: for He shall receive of mine,
and shall shew It unto you.
15. "All things that the Father hath are mine:
therefore said I,
'That he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.' "
THE SECRETS OF YAHSHUA'S PARABLES INTERPRETATIONS, which have never been revealed publicly before, shall be revealed in this series of Messages, God Willing.
